Frameless glass uses toughened or laminated glass panels fixed with minimal hardware so there are no bulky frames. It gives a nearly uninterrupted view compared with semi‑framed or aluminium systems and is ideal where you want maximum light and sightlines.
We use SANS‑compliant toughened or laminated safety glass and certified fixings sized for the application. For pools we install the correct glass thickness and self‑closing gates to meet local safety rules.
Frameless glass itself does not corrode, but fixings and fittings must be marine‑grade stainless steel or corrosion‑resistant to withstand salt air. Powder‑coated or stainless hardware plus regular rinsing keeps systems looking and performing well.
